Hiring Senior and above level freelancers who could hit the ground running to ramp up their builds to MVP phase and also provide a smooth handover/transition to the end customer before rolling off the project with (or after) the consultancy.

During our tenure with the global consultancy, we successfully hired over 50+ contractors across various ventures.
Helping them to quickly ramp up, and meet deliverables keeping their customers happy and saving them money in delayed projects as well as reputational value.
The contractors were in most cases, extended to work with their end client; to provide a smooth transition and allow the customers to keep some of the knowledge from the early phases.
Our partnership grew to the level of 4:3 CV to hire ratio.
