Global Data Intelligence
Platform Case Study
01
The Challenge
A global data intelligence company was undergoing a major transformation shifting from a traditional statistics platform to being seen and operating as a tech-driven business. This included launching new AI-powered business streams and elevating their engineering capabilities across the board.
Their internal talent teams were stretched thin. They needed to hire for technical excellence across multiple squads while simultaneously upskilling and bridging gaps in collaboration.
02
The Solution
The CTO engaged Peritus Partners based on our track record of scaling teams during high-growth pivots. We were brought in to embed alongside their internal functions, identifying key talent for several high-impact initiatives while supporting sourcing, process optimisation, and reporting.
Originally scoped as a 12-month engagement, the project was extended by an additional 6 months at the request of the hiring managers for upcoming requirements.
Over the course of the engagement, we placed Python, Golang, Rust, and Cloud specialists across five different teams helping the company accelerate delivery and strengthen its technical foundation.
03
The Results
Over an 18-month engagement, we successfully qualified and hired all 12 roles assigned to us. Operating as a plug-and-play extension of the internal team, we provided targeted support only where needed, always available, but never intrusive.
Each role was filled in under 34 working days on average, with a CV-to-interview ratio of 1.3:1, ensuring the team’s time was spent only on pre-vetted candidates.
To secure the 12 hires, we extended 13 offers, with just one declined due to salary misalignment.
