Our client, a Berlin-based AI SaaS company, are looking for a AI Growth Lead to build and scale their commercial engine across European markets. This is a high-impact role, combining hands-on sales with team leadership and strategic growth.
The role:
Own and exceed your sales targets through consultative, value-driven outreach
Build, manage, and mentor a small team of AEs and SDRs, creating repeatable sales processes
Run experiments to refine messaging, target segments, and GTM motions
Support deal strategy, negotiation, and pipeline forecasting
Collaborate with founders to shape growth strategy and expansion
Your experience:
3+ years B2B SaaS sales, ideally in closing AE or hybrid growth roles
2+ years leading SDR or growth teams, building outbound or GTM processes
Track record of hitting/exceeding quotas and generating scalable pipeline
Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers
Strong communicator in German (native) and fluent in English
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
