What you’d be working on

As our first Product hire, you'll be working closely with our founders and entrepreneurial team; on our  live platform with existing customers that is scaling. You’ll be responsible for; keeping discovery sharp, execution tight, and customer insights directly connected to product decisions.

Translate complexity into clarity

Serve as the bridge between enterprise IT customers and engineering. You’ll turn raw, unstructured feedback into precise, actionable requirements that engineers can implement without guesswork.

Prototype at lightning speed

Use AI-native tools like Cursor, Lovable, or Bolt to build functional prototypes that validate ideas quickly. Instead of static documents, you’ll deliver interactive references that prove the UX and logic.

Own the tactical backbone

Define specifications, edge cases, and documentation. Maintain a fast-moving backlog and ensure the team always knows exactly what “ready” means.

Go deep with customers

Join on‑site sessions with customer teams across Europe. Map their manual workflows, understand their constraints, and translate them into scalable multi-agent system designs.

Be the glue of execution

Unblock engineers in real time, coordinate sprints, and ensure commitments to customers are delivered exactly as promised. You’ll keep the product engine aligned and moving.

What you bring

• A builder’s mindset with high agency, resourceful, and driven by outcomes

• You move quickly, cut through noise, and focus on shipping.

• Experience working on AI Product(s)

• You use AI to accelerate every part of your workflow; from prototyping to documentation to process mapping. 

• End-to-end product management including discovery through to even delivery

• Experience working in early stage starts-ups knowing how to bring clarity to ambiguity.

• German language proficiency

• You can confidently run workshops 

• Workflow simplification superpowers

• You can take a messy, manual process and turn it into a clean, intuitive, scalable workflow.

• Low ego, high ownership

• Experience working directly with Enterprise IT customers

Bonus points

• A portfolio of AI-built side projects

• Experience in ERP, or supply chain

• Strong design intuition paired with technical reasoning

• Background as an engineer or founder

• Experience collaborating closely with data scientists and ML engineers
