Business Analyst (Part-Time)

Focus: Use Cases, Business Rules & Odoo Process Refinement

We’re looking for a highly precise, detail‑obsessed Business Analyst to help formalise, structure, and document the next phase of our Odoo CRM & Billing implementation. The platform went live last May, and we’re now entering a critical phase of refinement, cleanup, and process improvement across Billing, Dunning, and Core Data.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on clarity, structure, and rigorous documentation — and who can translate domain knowledge into clean, unambiguous specifications.

What you’ll be working on

Formalise Use Cases & Business Rules

You’ll take loosely defined operational needs and turn them into crisp, structured use cases, business rules, and process definitions.

Refine and Improve Odoo Workflows

Work closely with us to specify improvements and refactoring across key areas, including:

• EU VAT ID management

• Unique business identifiers for core markets (Germany, France & Spain)

• Billing & Dunning workflows

• Dispute management processes

• Core data structures and governance

Bring clarity to a running system

The platform is already live. Your job is to help clean it up, tighten the logic, and ensure every improvement is fully specified before it reaches development.

Turn domain knowledge into actionable specs

We have the expertise; but not the bandwidth. You’ll extract the knowledge from us and formalise it into documentation that developers can execute without ambiguity.

What you bring

• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, methodical working style

• Strong experience writing use cases, business rules, and process specifications

• Ability to work independently and produce clean, unambiguous documentation

• Familiarity with CRM, Billing, or ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)

• Comfort working in a part‑time, iterative, fast‑moving environment
