About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a small, self-sufficient team delivering a high-impact data migration project on a tight timeline. You’ll be the extra pair of hands needed to push a major reporting and data platform migration over the line by the end of the year.

This is a role for someone who thrives in lean teams, enjoys autonomy, and can move quickly with well-documented systems already in place.

What You’ll Work On

• Data Platform & Pipeline Migration

• Execute data migration from Redshift into Snowflake

• Migrate and validate data pipelines, including comparing datasets and ensuring accuracy

• Contribute to data lake and data warehouse migration work

• Work with high-volume tracking and event data

• Support streaming data pipelines using AWS, Kafka, and managed Kafka services (MSP)

• Collaborate with the tracking/data lake teams as needed

• Technical StackWork across a modern data stack including; AWS (S3, Glue), Snowflake, Iceberg, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Python (or Rust or Golang), SQL

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in data-heavy environments (B2B or B2C)

• Experience with large-scale data volumes and event-driven systems

• Hands-on experience with data migration, pipeline execution, and validation

• Strong programming, cloud, infrastructure experience plus some streaming/event tracking experience

• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
