We are searching for a Head of IT and Facilities to join our client, a large IT services provider, to work hybrid with 3 days in London with their IT and Facilities team.

This position will oversee the development of the UK strategy, ensuring it aligns with the UK leadership team and sister companies. Additionally, it will manage their property portfolio, local IT services, and services from sister companies in the UK. The role will have oversight and accountability to the COO for all IT and Facilities services in the UK.

The role:

• Accountable and responsible for UK strategy for Facilities and IT

• Accountable and responsible for all day-to-day IT and Facilities for the UK business

• There will be some travel both in UK and Europe.

• Managing the IT and Facilities teams, performance, mentoring and development

• Ownership of locally provided Local End User Support team

• Managing and delivering local and parent company driven IT improvement projects

• E2E ownership of IT and Facilities processes, ensuring appropriate efficiency and diligence

Your Experience:

• Excellent management skills, and the ability to multi-task and rapidly prioritise activities

• Commercial awareness and contract handling experience

• A good knowledge of facilities management

• Experience of planning and maintaining budgets
