“Digital Transformation for German payroll”

Our customer is a HR tech platform offering e2e services for their B2B customers, with a 90% market share their platform is in high demand for many users and end users! We’re seeking German payroll experts to re-create the platform in a more modern set up to eventually transfer safely and without disruption to their user base.

Join a growing business that is kick starting a full digital transformation for German payroll. With multiple locations across Germany and Europe, we can offer flexibility to work fully remote or hybrid from many main cities.

The ideal candidate will come with:

• A strong background in product management from stakeholder relationships to execution and delivery

• Must have proven background working with complex payroll systems (including german specific payroll)

• Must be German speaking to engage easily with customers, though the business has made the switch internally to become an international environment.

• Experience within start-ups and/or disruptive innovative environments is beneficial

• Ideal if you bring Scrum Master certifications to help change management within such a large-scale change.
