A SaaS Agentic AI tool set to disrupt the CRM space is looking for our first dedicated UX hire, you’ll work directly with our founders and Product Engineering team on a live, agentic AI platform used by real customers every day. 

After working with a small team of engineers to build out our product from scratch, and find our GMT strategy, we have clearly defined our target customer, and are set to scale. 

This is where you come in... your mission: turn a powerful AI engine into a beautifully intuitive, agent‑driven experience and take ownership of improving our UX maturity; supporting us to transition from start-up to scale up. 

What you'll work on: 

• Designing the best‑in‑class self‑onboarding experience for merchants test‑driving 

• Improving the features in our tool to feel smooth, intuitive, and agent‑powered

• Solving language‑specific content challenges across multi‑market shops

• Designing tracking configuration flows that are powerful yet effortless

• Researching why users don’t activate certain features; and fixing it

• Facilitating product ideation and opportunity mapping with leadership

• Evolving our design system as the product footprint grows

• Have the opportunity to wear a Product Management hat if it's interesting for you

The ideal candidate will come with: 

• A strong background and portfolio in Product designer (5 years+) having shipped real product value end to end 

• Entrepeneurial mindset, moving fast cutting through ambiguity and bias toward action. You must be comfortable shaping direction and not waiting for it. 

• AI native in your way of working for efficiency 

• Have experience in complex B2B SaaS environments (AI Agentic Products is a plus) 

• Willingness to work flexibility but with some hybrid on-site in our Berlin office

• Strong presentation skills working closely with customers, founders and collaborating with our engineering team
