We’re a team with deep expertise in data, AI, and visual tooling; and we’re now looking for a Senior UX Designer – AI / Workflow Design to help shape the future of how modern teams interact with data.

What you’ll be working on

• Design AI‑enhanced experiences
  Create UX patterns that bring intelligence into visual workflows — from predictive suggestions to prompt‑driven interactions and assistive editing features.

• Shape the core editing experience
  Refine workflows, data apps, tools, and components with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and scalability across a wide range of user types.

• Prototype, test, iterate
  Translate user needs and technical constraints into concepts, build rapid prototypes, and refine them based on real‑world feedback.

• Collaborate across product & engineering
  Work closely with PMs and engineers to ensure solutions are intuitive, feasible, and aligned with the broader product vision.

What you bring

• Deep experience
  5+ years designing complex, technical, or enterprise‑grade interfaces — with a portfolio that shows systems thinking, usability depth, and real problem‑solving.

• AI‑native mindset
  You use AI tools to accelerate prototyping, explore concepts, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance your design workflow.

• Precision & clarity
  You iterate quickly, communicate trade‑offs clearly, and maintain a high bar for interaction design and structural consistency.

• Collaborative by default
  You thrive in cross‑functional environments, balancing user needs with technical realities.

• Technically curious
  You’re comfortable navigating technical topics, understanding workflows end‑to‑end, and ideally have some exposure to code or data concepts.
