What you’d be working on
Shape and own the end‑to‑end strategy for a core service area, ensuring strong commercial outcomes, clear market positioning and long‑term scalability
Define the vision, strategy and 1–3 year roadmap, translating market insights, competitive analysis and industry trends into actionable product direction
Lead cross‑domain orchestration by identifying friction points across multiple products, aligning requirements and providing validated business inputs to Domain Product Managers
Drive discovery for multi‑domain initiatives, ensuring teams operate with shared context rather than in silos, enabling cohesive, cross‑functional delivery
Act as the technical commercial expert during strategic customer engagements, supporting pre‑sales conversations, addressing integration questions and guiding partners through complex system landscapes
Serve as the single intake point for commercial feature requests, ensuring clarity, feasibility and alignment with broader service capabilities
Drive feature adoption and monetization by enabling commercial teams, tracking post‑launch performance and ensuring customers extract maximum value from new capabilities
Shape strategic governance by contributing to domain and tech leadership reviews, assessing scalability and service health, and evolving our modular packaging strategy
Act as the bridge between Product and Go‑To‑Market teams, creating clear enablement materials and strengthening how we communicate our value proposition
Own business performance metrics including retention, customer lifetime value, satisfaction scores, revenue potential, cost structure and margin
What you bring
5+ years of senior product management experience across commercial and technical domains, ideally with exposure to both B2B and consumer‑facing environments
Strong technical pre‑sales and integration expertise, with the ability to engage directly with customers and partners during pre‑sales and live phases
Solid understanding of integration architectures, software ecosystems and how services and modules interact; experience in technical pre‑sales, solution architecture or technical consulting is highly valued
Analytical strength and commercial acumen, with the ability to build structured decision frameworks, define KPIs and drive long‑term business impact through product strategy and unit economics
Exceptional communication skills; clear, structured and confident - with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross‑functional technical and commercial teams
Proven leadership in complex environments, balancing competing priorities and driving clarity across multiple domain
