Our client, who offer their customers a cloud native banking-as-a-service platform, are searching for an experienced, globally-thinking UX/UI Designer to join their team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

You will work on both ends, creating satisfying and compelling experiences by implementing common methodologies, but also convert existing flows to appealing designs and maintain parts of their wide ranged application landscape

Your Qualifications:

• Proven ability in conducting usability testing, utilising user research insights, and analysing data for design decisions.

• Degree in human-computer interaction or a similar academic field

• 1+ year experience designing digital products (Mobile and Web) in cross-functional teams

• Customer-centric with a passion for creating outstanding user experiences and interfaces

• Figma proficiency

• Strong problem-solving skills, adept at tackling challenging UX issues Experience with SaaS models is advantageous

• Understanding of financial products and industry regulation is a plus

• Basic knowledge of software development is a plus
