We're seeking a Flink expert to support the architectural decision making and mentoring of backend engineers for a very unique product and start up. 

You will be responsible for: 

• Advising the best practices of Flink 

• Support and consult backend engineers with architectural decision making

• Collaborate with the team to identify and improve knowledge gaps in Flink

• Work together with the co-founders to allign on business goals 

The ideal candidate will come with:

• Know-how of flink internal

• Proven deep expertise with flink - as a contributor/committer 

• Expertise in writing product jobs with flink to knowledge share 

• Strong communication and mentoring skills
