Our client, a Berlin-based AI SaaS company, are scaling their commercial team to unlock a large untapped European B2B market. As Growth Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a key role in building the company’s go-to-market engine.
This isn’t a traditional SDR role. You’ll combine modern, AI-driven prospecting with classic outbound discipline, own experiments, automate workflows, refine messaging, and help define how an entire sector discovers and adopts AI.
What you’ll do:
Pipeline & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage new leads across Europe. Book demos and build a high-quality sales pipeline using multi-channel outreach.
AI & Automation: Create and optimize AI-powered workflows to scale outreach, personalize messaging, and accelerate research.
Campaigns & Messaging: Conduct market research, map accounts, define ICPs, and craft outreach templates that resonate with decision-makers.
GTM Collaboration: Test new tactics, refine outreach strategies, and feed insights back into product and commercial plans.
Sales Operations: Maintain CRM hygiene, track leads, and apply consultative techniques to every customer interaction.
What you bring:
Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and drive to create opportunities from scratch
Strong customer-facing skills and resilience in outbound sales
Tech-savvy with a curiosity for AI and modern B2B software
Native German and fluent English
Experience in B2B SaaS, sales automation, or wholesale/industrial sectors a bonus
