In the very early stages of expanding our product, we're seeking a Head of Product to drive the strategy of our very purposeful product.

As part of a well-invested team, you will take leadership of direction mindfully considering our users wants and needs with room for innovation to really empower the health care industry to improve!

You will be responsible for:

• Take full autonomy in creating a strategy to expand our product 

• Work together with a team of software, data and AI experts 

• Integrate and adapt Agile practises

• Comfortably presenting to stakeholders and board members your vision 

• Ensure that development efforts are always with the needs and wants of the user in mind

• Establish and drive a means of monitoring progress and feedback 

• Building a team around you organically 

The ideal candidate will come with:

• Proven track record in leading product strategy and people leadership.

• Ability to articulate complex product strategies with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment  

• Experience in working on data products 

• Industry expertise in health care domain.

• German and English language Skills
