HR Team Leader

​“Drive HR Ops as we mature from start-up to scale-up”

A Berlin based Mobility company, a growing business with a focus on driving a smarter carpooling service, are looking for a HR Team Leader. As part of the People and Relations team you will be involved in HR & organisational development as we move the business into a more mature state. This is a hybrid opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the HR Operations team

• Technical and disciplinary responsibility for the topics of contracts, compensation & pay, benefits, reporting, compliance & safety

• You will work in collaboration with collaboration with controlling, accounting, compliance and others

• Administrative implementation of all individual personnel measures in SAP

Your Experience:

• A proven background leading people with 4+ years of experience

• Confident handling of the relevant German employment law issues

• Ideally experience in working with SAP Success Factor or Workday – if you have implemented either then even better!

• Fluent in German and English
