We’re growing our SAP Competence centre, seeking expertise in SAP-MM and SAP 4/HANA to support e2e processes of design, implementation and go live for a retail project:

You will be responsible for:

• You’ll take ownership of key areas within materials management, including procurement, MRP and replenishment workflows, FIORI applications, and inventory control.

• You’ll lead projects and manage      change requests, scoping effort, designing solutions, documenting      processes, overseeing implementation, conducting testing, and supporting      go-live activities.

• You’ll provide process and      implementation consulting to design and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions that      align with business needs.

• As a forward-thinking innovator,      you’ll anticipate customer needs and actively shape the evolution of our      team’s service offerings.

• You’ll collaborate with      stakeholders to assess requirements and help design functional processes      that meet strategic goals.

• Your strong analytical and      conceptual skills will support problem-solving and solution development      across complex scenarios.

• You’ll contribute to the creation      of cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA solutions that drive operational excellence.

• You’ll support business unit      growth through strategic acquisition, development, and expansion      initiatives.

• You bring a proactive,      self-driven approach to your work, balanced by strong collaboration and      team spirit.

• You’ll handle stakeholder      requests and incidents, ensuring systems are consistently monitored,      maintained, and optimised.

The ideal candidate will come with:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with deep expertise across procurement, inventory control, article management, listings, and assortments.

• You’ve successfully delivered at      least one full-cycle system implementation, demonstrating solid functional      consulting capabilities.

• You have a strong grasp of      financial processes and how they integrate within SAP environments.

• You thrive in complex      problem-solving scenarios, combining analytical rigor with creative      thinking.

• Your mindset is business-driven,      process-oriented, and customer-focused.

• You communicate with clarity and      confidence, effectively engaging stakeholders and translating ideas into      action.

• Experience with S/4HANA      transformation projects is ideal; or you’re eager to build expertise in      this area.

• Familiarity with SAP IS-Retail is      a strong plus.
