Design

We're seeking an experienced high-level Designer to be the soul of our client's central design-system, with a real impact on the customers of our e-commerce platform! 

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with the team to create the best possible expression of our brand, for our complex and large organization. 

• Bringing brand consistency and use your creative flare to adapt our design system to internal user and end consumer needs

• Becoming a reliable partner to neighboring teams including Product, Software Engineering and even other design teams in the wider business; to ensure our design system is working and adapted as needed

• Ensuring and establishing clear processes and communication to enhance the consistency in experience but also allow for customizations for different department needs

The ideal candidate will come with:

• Strong stakeholder relations to work across different business units 

• Above all else; a strong UI/Graphics/brand design experience

• Seniority to work independently, and take a strong lead in topics 

• HiFi prototyping experience, as a creative 

• Proven track record in research and testing what works for well-known brands

• A consumer-first mind set to ensure we are adopting our systems with the user in mind

• Understanding of design tokens or theming as a capability would make for a perfect match

• English communication fluency
