We’re seeking a fully remote Senior Product Owner to drive the digitalization of a brand-new HR tech platform

You will be responsible for:

Collaborating with several stakeholders internally from the Product Management department

• Working closely with the development team to bring to life the voice of the customer, in realistic timeframes

• Drive forward thinking processes, and support the team through digital transformation topics, as we upgrade our technology stack with this brand-new build.

• Bring ideas and technical expertise to workshops, documentation and the product itself.

• Manage the technical back-log and roadmap

• The ideal candidate will come with:

• A technical background (ideally in C# ASP.NET, Azure etc – though software generally is also fine)

• Experience working in modernization or digitalization projects in the past

• Forward thinking mind-set and drive to innovate

• Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
