In the very early stages of completely innovating our legacy product, we're seeking a Senior Product Owner to play a key role in bringing to life our collective vision. 

As part of an established SaaS market leader; you will have the combination of stability and innovation to thrive in product. 

You will be responsible for:

• Co-owning the road map with a Senior Product Manager to ensure the business goals align with technical objectives 

• Leading the product execution with a cross functional development team 

• Integrate and adapt Agile practises 

• Lead the backlog grooming and prioritize features related to time tracking, wage control, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance. 

• Ensure that development efforts in the Time Management domain align with broader organizational and customer needs.

• Drive release planning and quality assurance strategies, optimizing the release cycles and ensuring product features meet high-quality standards. Provide strategic oversight and mentoring in these areas to ensure alignment with product and market goals.

The ideal candidate will come with:

• Proven track record in leading product development initiatives, showing a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.

• Ability to articulate complex product strategies and negotiate with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels of the organization

• Experience in digitalization of SaaS Products

• Deep knowledge in Agile practices

• German and English language Skills
