With the boards approval and roadmap till 2028, this Architect alongside the VP, CPTO and other members of the senior team will be responsible for drafting, road mapping and creating the future backbone of the business.

The role:

As we are building several new teams, the VP needs someone to support the ongoing development of the R&D and core application, freeing up his time to focus on team expansion. As a result we need someone who is coming from multiple projects as an Architect, an individual who is happy to dive into a project head on and truly understand how adjustments can be made quickly.

Although we work with a Microsoft and JavaScript stack including Azure as our cloud provider, technology should not be the driver for you, rather the complexity of the challenge and ability to find the right architectural solutions.

Due to the variety the business offers the responsibility of the architect will also cover Platform, Security and Software – someone who can see the system from a holistic perspective.

Your experience:

  • Proven experience as a Software Architect in global set-ups and leading companies.

  • Experience developing architecture documentation not just processes.

  • Being the link between business operations and technology.

  • Exposure integrating systems together.

  • Software Evangelist.

  • Experience with OOP and DDD.

  • Ideally some experience working with an R&D team.

  • Strong experience with software design and development in all phases of the software development process.

  • Confident in people leadership not just technical leadership.

  • Exposure to Azure is a big plus.

  • Strong experience with software design and development in all phases of the software development process.

  • A leader, coach and mentor to others within the business and actively interested to part their knowledge.
