Our client, a well funded fin-tech startup are currently in need of a new member of their DevOps team. Working alongside our existing GCP specialist and CTO, you will be supporting the continued development of our infrastructure with the core focus of scale and security.
This team in Berlin has a 3 year runway and right now we are at a pivotal junction where once crossed should see rapid growth in terms of users onto our platform.

Responsibilities:
Plan, implement and monitor reliable and scalable GCP cloud systems.
Work closely with our CTO to create a scalable infrastructure with security as a priority.
Utilise Helm, Terraform and Ansible in your day-to-day work.
Ensuring the availability of their applications as well as analysing and solving problems in development and production environments.
Support your team in the technical development, this includes introduction of new tools when required.
Skills:
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training as well as relevant hands-on experience.
In-depth knowledge of managing and optimizing GCP cloud environments.
Understanding of microservice architectures and domain driven design.
In-depth experience with Linux systems, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm and Istio is a big plus.
Team-oriented way of working and good English skills round off your profile.
