Our client, a provider of a global business data platform, are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their team in their Berlin or Hamburg office.

As a Data & Analytics Engineer in the new central data team, you'll be vital in transforming, managing, and ensuring the quality of our data, making it accessible for various business needs.

Your skill set:

Data Transformation & Modelling: Proficient in building and maintaining dbt models, managing data pipelines, and ensuring data quality.
SQL Proficiency: Skilled in query optimization and tuning.
Data Ingestion & Orchestration:Experienced in using Python, SQL, and tools like Prefect or Airflow for data ingestion from APIs, databases, and external sources.
Cloud Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, including Redshift, S3, EC2, and ECS, with knowledge of best practices for data storage, security, and scalability.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficient with Terraform for defining and provisioning AWS resources, ensuring version control and reproducibility.
CI/CD and Automation:Implemented CI/CD pipelines and automated data workflows using GitHub Actions.
